2. How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will get a shipment confirmation email & text message if you provided your phone number. This email will contain your tracking number as well as a link to track the package.

3. Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel or change an order once it’s submitted because once the order is placed, we process it immediately to ensure you get the order promptly.

4. I got an email that my order was delivered but I don’t have it. Where is it?

With each order, you receive a tracking number. Please contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking number. If you do not receive your package, please contact Fahari Naturals at

1. Why use skincare products made with natural or organic ingredients?

The skin is our largest organ on our body and it absorbs more than 50% of what you apply to it. People use natural/Organic products for the same reason they eat natural/organic food because health is wealth. In a market where there are no regulations for personal care products, Fahari Naturals ensures our products are formulated with your family in mind to make sure when you use our products, you are using products with clean ingredients that will not cause harm to your body.

2. Do you have any products that will help me with my acne?

Yes. Our face wash & toner both contain organic green tea which helps fight acne by cutting down on sebum production and reducing inflammation.

3. What Ingredients should I avoid?

You should avoid products made with parabens, petroleum, propylene or butylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, pesticides, phthalates, artificial dyes or synthetic fragrances, EDTA and formaldehyde. There are many other ingredients but these are the most common in personal care products.

4. Where can I find more information on the research of potential harmful effects of chemicals in my products?

You can subscribe to our newsletter for information on ingredient safety. You can download the ThinkDirty app for your phone and scan items you purchase in stores. This app rates the ingredients with the color red being the most harmful ingredient for you.

5. How long is your shelf life?

Our shelf life is 12 months.

6. Do you use any preservatives?

Yes we use naturally derived preservatives in order to provide efficacy and a short-term shelf life.
